Lemon myrtle essential oil Nature CacoxeniteBackhousia citriodora Native to south east Queensland, this Australian grown and processed essential oil has a fresh smelling aroma with a complex lemon scent that gives way to a smoky bush flavour. Lemon myrtle contains the highest natural source of citral and need only be used sparingly in moisturisers, shampoos, cleaners, insect repellents and culinary blends. Aroma: A strong top note. Use sparingly to avoid overpowering. Universally pleasant.
