Domaine Duc De Magenta ‘Les Houillères’ Bourgogne Blanc, 2020 natural A deliciously layered palette ofThis wine is made of 100% Chardonnay, sourced from the "Les Houilleres" lieu dit on the Puligny side of the vineyard. This wine is a stone's throw away from those of the "Les Ensigneres" Premier Cru of Puligny Montrachet, and brings incredible value in a region with high price tags. We would pair this with grilled lobster and asparagus with a yogurt sauce.
