Spontaneous fermentation without temperature control. Aged in stainless steel. No filtering or fining and minimal sulfur addition if needed. It is bright, juicy, chillable, and gulpable. A perfectly refreshing wine on those warm summer nights, when you still want red wine! Pair it with grilled sausages topped with mustard and sauerkraut.
