The top of the pole rotates on ball bearings, so the flag won't tangle. There's no need for an unfurling tube. These poles come with 2 flag fasteners (for flying a grommeted flag) and a snap and swivel ring (for flying flags with a pole sleeve and tab). Use with brackets that accept a 1" outside diameter pole (not included)
