1) Underside base - section made from BLACK ABS plastic - all cars had this section in black so there is no need to paint this part

These LED bulbs are super-bright using 4 large SMDs (Surface Mount Diodes) around the sides PLUS 2 LEDs on the end behind a focussed dome to give a bright red light
