Around 1878 the production was limited and printed in brown on cream bodied eartherware in Amien embossed shape with Gadroon rims

The brown transfer is hand painted in shades of green

It really sets it apart and beautifully frames the scene of two men sitting  atop tree trunk fishing at a lake in a rural Italian  landscape
