2003 René Daumal 'A Night of Serious Drinking' UG lightly worn with numerous paintEarly 00's English language copy of this classic surrealist allegorical novel by early 20th century French novelist Ren Daumal who's excellent 'Mount Analogue' we have also stocked and is a huge favourite of ours First published in 1938, the novel is essentially an exploration of the extremities of heaven and hell, which follows an unnamed narrator spending an evening getting drunk with a group of friends. As the narrator becomes more intoxicated,
