This wine is made from 70% Chardonnay

Château du Seuil Graves Blanc, 2022 virginia 100% BarberaThis wine is made from 60% Smillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are vinified separately, blended, and then aged on the lees for 8 to 10 months. The wine is very floral and citrusy, with soft honeyed notes coming from the oak aged Smillon. Great to pair with seafood appetizers, mushroom risotto, or baked white fish with lemon and butter.
