Swick Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley, 2023 Oirign Beer Project A familiar Diamond Distillery nose100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from single vineyards in the Columbia Valley in Oregon. The grapes undergo whole cluster maceration before aging in neutral French oak for over a year. The wine is a fresher style of Cabernet, still with familliar notes of tobacco, black cherry, black plum, and mint, but softer tannins and lighter mouthfeel. Pair it with a grilled halloumi and eggplant sandwich.
