It is wonderfully detailed, a realistic Springer Spaniel figurine. Made in England by Melba Ware. Perfect in French or English country decor! Condition: I found no chips or cracks, condition is wonderful measurements: 14 x 11 tall Several Staffordshire companies manufactured goods under the name 'Melba' but 'Melba Ware' was the name of a range produced by H. A. Wain & Sons Ltd,
