This is vatted from approximately 80% malt whiskey and 20% grain whiskey some of which is aged for as long as 18 years

A full bodied and slightly drying rum

Fermented in pine vats & distilled by Don Cosmé Hernandez from Agave Espadín grown at about 5700 feet in hilly

Glendalough Double Barrel Irish Whiskey 750ml CACHACA Orange peelThe nose is restrained and a little closed with aromas of vanilla, honey and some subtle citrus notes. The palate is light and soft with delicate flavors of vanilla, citrus and stem ginger. The finish is clean but quite quick. A very easy going, session style of whiskey.
