We would pair it with Konigsberger Klopse, a German Meatball dish in a creamy caper sauce. This traditional Austrian field blend is called Gemischter Satz, and literally translates to "mixed set". The wine is grown on poor soil and aged on its lees for a chakly texture and slight spice. Absolutely refreshing!
