1990-1991 Federal Duck Stamp Hat - Richardson 112 realtree Zip off sleeves and drawOlive Green and Khaki Richardson 112 The patch featured on this hat was painted by James Hautman of Chaska, Minnesota. At Age 25 he became the youngest wildlife artist to win the Duck Stamp Contest. In 1987, he placed third with a pair of bufflehead ducks. He is a native Minnesotan and an avid outdoorsman and hunter.
