Here it is grown in Basilicata and shows a deeper color, medium yellow. The aromas combine earthy stone, aromatic almond and citrus fruit. The palate it richly textured and will match well with the hearty flavors of olives, anchovies, hot peppers and other Mediterranean flavors.
