The Kobe 4 Protro is rendered in the white, teal, and purple colors of the Hornets, the team that originally drafted Bryant before trading him to the Los Angeles Lakers in 1996 returned. The basketball shoe was released in 2019 to coincide with NBA All Star Weekend taking place in Charlotte.
