The fabric is rayon with a floral rose print on a navy blue background, (almost black). Flowers are burgundy, salmon, yellow ochre, khaki and turquoise. 2" thick waistband has an elastic back. No zipper, shorts pull on. Included matching fabric covered belt has a U shaped buckle. Pleats at the waist, the shorts have a wide flowy shape. Best of all, there are deep scoop pockets at the hips!
