1940s Chocolate Felt Hat with Dotted Veil austrian Bust: 32”/34”Adorable 1940s hat in a deep brown felt from "The Broadway Hollywood". I'm not completely certain what the intended orientation of this hat is but I think it can be worn in a few different ways. The veiling is a loop with felt dots and can drape in front or behind the head or pulled over to hang over the eyes. Excellent vintage condition.
