there is the odd glue/brown spot to the flowers

Exaggerated wing collar, and front slit neckline. Unlined, it fastens to the rear with a centre back metal zip. Another one that has inconveniently lost it's maker's label, but certainly commercially made as dry cleaning instruction able still present.
