We were on a path along a steep hill and the owl was sitting on a branch at eye level staring at us as we walked by. Material is 100% quilting cotton. 4. 5 oz (per square yard), and 60x60 threads per square inch. The patch measures approximately 7" x 9" as shown on a craft cutting board for reference. The fabric has been pre washed and tumble dried, and it's ready
