60’s Black Velvet with Rhinestones Dress i love you Outer Sleeves ~ 17" -1960s little black velvet dress with rhinestones and shawl collar. Rhinestones are scattered over the dress, neckline is a draped shawl type collar and there a back zipper closure. Dress is not lined. Perfect for a holiday party or cocktails on the town. CONDITION NOTES: Dress is in very good condition with the exception of some spots where the velvet is "mashed" showing as a different sheen. This can happen through typical wear or improper care. See
