It slips over the wearer's head and fastens with two hook and eyes at the back of the neck. There is some discreet discoloration on some of the sequins, and a couple of sequins are missing, but it's otherwise in very good condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 32" (stretches to 36")
